ABOUT
The OSR
The Office of the Student Regent is the duly recognized representative of more or less 70,000 Iskolar ng Bayan of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-System. Its task is to bring a meaningful representation inside the highest policy-making body of our university in accordance to RA 8292 or the Higher Education Modernization Act.
The Office of the Student Regent served not only as a structure but also as the center of student campaigns especially for the students’ rights, welfare, and development.

The ANAK-PUP Student Council Federation, the official federation of PUP studentry, annually elects its officers including its president, which as well becomes the Student Regent of the University.

Karl Paulie Anareta is the Student Regent of PUP, and as well the President of the Student Council of College of Accountancy and Finance.
He is also the outgoing Editor-in-Chief of The Paradigm, the official student publication of the said college.
